A tailored plan
Your wedding fitness plan will be tailored to your individual needs and requirements taking into account your lifestyle, fitness level and limitations.
Every session will be designed to tone up all the areas you want to highlight in your wedding dress including your stomach, arms and legs, so you feel and look fabulous for your Big Day.
Nutrition is an essential element of a successful bridal fitness program. We will work together to develop a plan that works for YOU.
You will be asked to complete a food diary for a week. This will then be used to create a personalised and structured program to help you achieve and maintain your goals.
Not ready for one-one-one training? Train with your future spouse, bridesmaids, or any of your wedding guests.
Exercising with your partner and your friends is a great way to improve your fitness together and build a closer relationship in the run up to your wedding day.
