Yogurt and granola pot is an underrated breakfast. Combine it with fruit and chia seeds and you’ll get a very nutritious meal full of vitamins, healthy fats and probiotics to start the day. Here’s a recipe with one of my favourite combo.
(Serves 1 person)
Prep time: 5 minutes
- Place the Greek yogurt in a bowl or in a smoothie pot.
- Add your favourite seasonal fruit. One of my favourite combo is melon and strawberry, but you can also try to add more fruits such as blueberries, mango, kiwi. The more colourful, the better!
- Top with granola and chia seeds.
- Serve and enjoy!
