This is one of my favourite “grab and go” breakfast. It is perfect when you need to rush to work or after a morning workout.
Hazelnut milk is a great smoothie base if you want to bring some sweetness to your drink without the expense of calories.
The oats are a great addition to keep you fueled until lunchtime and they also taste great with apple and mint!
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together with a couple ice cubes and enjoy!

I’m such a smoothie junkie, so this is right up my alley. I always stick to the same banana and spinach smoothies, this is definitely different. I will give it a try.

I really love smoothies and this hazelnut apple smoothie oat looks so refreshing and very tasty. I love the flavor combination of it. It is worth to try.
that’s a quick and nutritious option for breakfast! I’ve never tried hazelnut milk, though, I’m afraid I could react, as I’m allergic to hazelnuts. I am also allergic to almond and I don’t tolerate almond milk 🙁
Hey Nati,it should also work with skimmed or soy milk.
Oh wow! This is going to be in my breakfast menu everyday from tomorrow. This looks a great option for someone like my who doesn’t like milk that much. Thanks for sharing this! Cheers.
Thanks for you comment Sophie. I’m glad you find this useful 🙂
