A Breakfast Hazelnut Apple Smoothie That Tastes Like Milkshake


  • 1 cup of hazlnut milk
  • 1 small jazz or pink lady apple
  • 2 tbsp of rolled or jumbo oats
  • 2 or 3 small leaves of fresh mint
  • A drizzle of honey



This is one of my favourite “grab and go” breakfast. It is perfect when you need to rush to work or after a morning workout.

Hazelnut milk is a great smoothie base if you want to bring some sweetness to your drink  without the expense of calories.

The oats are a great addition to keep you fueled  until lunchtime and they also taste great with apple and mint!


Blend all the ingredients  together with a couple ice cubes and enjoy!

  1. It looks simple and I shall try it out. I am sure it is great for breakfast too since oat is also added in. I guess it will last me till lunch time. I will try out tomorrow and see how it goes.

  4. that’s a quick and nutritious option for breakfast! I’ve never tried hazelnut milk, though, I’m afraid I could react, as I’m allergic to hazelnuts. I am also allergic to almond and I don’t tolerate almond milk 🙁
