A breakfast Hazelnut Apple smoothie that tastes like milkshake


  • 1 cup of hazlnut milk
  • 1 small jazz or pink lady apple
  • 2 tbsp of rolled or jumbo oats
  • 2 or 3 small leaves of fresh mint
  • A drizzle of honey



This is one of my favourite “grab and go” breakfast. It is perfect when you need to rush to work or after a morning workout.

Hazelnut milk is a great smoothie base if you want to bring some sweetness to your drink  without the expense of calories.

The oats are a great addition to keep you fueled  until lunchtime and they also taste great with apple and mint!


Blend all the ingredients  together with a couple ice cubes and enjoy!
